A fresh Beginning.

Published November 5, 2018

Warwick & June Murphy, Regional Directors, have now moved to live in the region. You can read more about this in the recent article posted on this site.

Drug abuse in the Asian region is a major problem that all governments are dealing with. Most of their responses are about changing the behaviour of addicts, not about changing the lives of addicts. ISAAC member organisations believe that to change the behaviour of a person you first have to help them change their thinking. Our members are seeing many, many people move from hopelessness to expectation. Believing that they can have a productive life that not only benefits themselves, but benefits their community.

With the move of the Murphy’s to live in Asia we will see a new fresh beginning for this website as well as the broader work of ISAAC in Asia. These pages will relate the stories of changed lives and what some amazing workers are doing to help change those lives.

We hope that you will be encouraged as you read these stories from across the region.
